The History of Ambassador Associates

Ambassador Associates traces its roots back to 1991 when Howard Denison started the company.  Howard has a background in land acquisitions, new home developments, commercial purchases, and sales.  Ambassador Associates began with just two agents and a small office building on Ridge St. in Glens Falls, NY. In 1993, the current offices at 12 E. Washington St. in Glens Falls were purchased.

Shortly after that Better Homes and Gardens asked Ambassador Associates to join their team. The mix of Better Homes and Gardens and Ambassador Associates was perfect. Better Homes and Gardens is a family oriented company and Ambassador Associates is a service and integrity minded company.  Our Company has a wide range of expertise with agents handling residential, vacation homes, vacant land, commercial, business opportunities and farms. With state of the art computer, software systems and Internet access, we are prepared to serve your every need.

Every agent is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is bound by its strict code of ethics.  Ambassador Associates services a wide geographical area including Warren, Washington, Essex, and Saratoga Counties of New York State. Glens Falls is the largest city in our area with many communities nearby and a population base of over 100, 000. Queensbury is the fastest growing community which surrounds Glens Falls like a horseshoe. South Glens Falls is on the open end of that horseshoe.
